Running a great retreat is hard enough without managing logistics. Our on-site caretakers and team help with:

Central & easy to reach. Bella Vista sits between San Ramón and Esparza, about 75 minutes from San José International Airport — far more accessible than remote coastal retreat centers, so your attendees spend less time traveling and more time present.
Meals your way
Food, Including Vegetarian & Vegan
Retreat groups often have specific dietary needs, and we're set up for it. Our on-site cook, Patricia, can prepare vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals with advance notice — many groups say her cooking is a highlight of the week. A few specialty vegan ingredients are harder to source in Costa Rica, so those meals carry a small additional cost.
Prefer full control of the menu? Every house has its own kitchen, and the main-house kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for a large group — so you're welcome to self-cater or bring your own retreat chef. Tell us how you'd like to handle food and we'll make it work.

- Total off-grid silence — we're a mountaintop estate just off Highway 1, so you'll occasionally hear some road noise (past guests say it didn't bother them, but we'd rather you know up front)
- A deep-jungle, no-one-around wilderness setting with no outside sound
- A pre-built, all-inclusive retreat program with an in-house guru — we provide the private venue and hosting; you bring or design the program

Can I rent the whole property for my own retreat?

It's a great fit for groups that want comfort, amenities, and access; if you're after total off-grid silence, it may not be the right fit.
