Getting there from Bella Vista
Playa Blanca sits south along the coast, about 1 hour 29 minutes (70 km) from the resort — a scenic drive down through the hills to the Pacific. Tips for your beach day
- Make a full day of it. With the drive, it's worth packing a cooler, towels, and sunshade and staying to enjoy it.
- Go early. Morning light is beautiful and the roads are quietest.
- Bring water and reef-safe sunscreen — the Pacific sun is strong.
