Bella Vista Retreat is your premiere vacation home in Costa Rica. It is our goal for you to have the most enjoyable experience possible in the beautiful country of Costa Rican and we have designed our property with that in mind. Here are amenities that we offer to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable at Bella Vista Retreat in Costa Rica.
AIRPORT PICK UP/DROP-OFF
Rather than taking a taxi to the car rental location and having your party wait an additional hour to rent a vehicle (if the car rental even has the vehicle you are looking for available) you could be greeted at the airport by our wonderful caretakers, Felix and Patricia, and brought directly to the property which is located about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the San Jose, Costa Rica international airport (SJO). They can also stop by the grocery store with you to help you stock up on food for your stay with us.
The airport pick up and drop-off service is $100.00 per vehicle. Groups up to 11 can be picked up in our 12-passenger van with the luggage rack on top of the van. We also have car seats available for younger kids. Groups between 11 and 14 will need 2 cars for pick up and drop off so the total will be $200.00 for the airport transportation. Groups larger than 15 people will probably want to rent at least one other vehicle to transport them to and from the airport.
RENTING OUR VEHICLES
We have 2 vehicles that our guests can rent in order to explore the beautiful country of Costa Rica. We have a 12-passenger Hyundai, H1 and a 7-passenger Mitsubishi, Outlander (see pictures below). These vehicles can be rented to guests staying at Bella Vista Retreat in Costa Rica for $100.00 a day for each vehicle. Each vehicle carries full coverage insurance.

ROOMS
Each room is provided with high-end bedding and room-darkening curtains for a more comfortable night’s sleep. We’ve equipped the rooms with a dresser or bureau to store your things and there is a laundry room in each house for your convenience. What’s more, most of our rooms also have HDTVs.
The main house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the guest house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. Altogether Bella Vista Retreat sleeps 22 guests.
LIVING SPACES
Both the main house and the guest house have fully-equipped kitchens for all your cooking needs (plus an outdoor grill in the pool house). There is plenty of lounging areas inside and outside on the balcony areas. Plus, all the interior living areas and the pool house have HDTVs.
GROUNDS
Bella Vista Retreat is a gorgeous 2.5 acre estate with tropical foliage, fruit trees, and wildlife. The grounds also feature an infinity edge pool, pool cabana, barbecue, and hammocks and lounge chairs on every patio.
