Booking a Large Vacation Rental in Costa Rica
We have 3 Large Vacation Rentals in different locations in Costa Rica. This website highlights our mountain property at Bella Vista Retreat in Costa Rica.
Bella Vista Retreat in Costa Rica consists of 3 homes on a 2 1/2 acre property on top of a mountain located between San Ramon and Esparza, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Since the property can sleep up to 24 people, large groups such as family reunions, weddings, anniversary parties, or multiple family or friend groups will often rent out our whole property so that they can have a beautiful, comfortable home base to return to as they explore the beautiful country of Costa Rica.
Smaller groups will often just book either the main house or the guest house or the tiny house which are far enough away from each other to provide privacy, yet they all enjoy a beautiful environment and great views. The main house has 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms (including the the gazebo bathroom) and it has absolutely amazing views.
The guest house has it’s own kitchen and family room provides an additional 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The recently built tiny house is a studio bedroom with a large jacuzzi tub in the full bathroom overlooking the beautiful valley below.
Here is how to Book Directly to save 10%
You can book the entire property or you can book individual houses separately. We have a direct booking option where you can check out the prices on Airbnb and we will give you a 10% discount off the total overall Airbnb price to do a direct booking with us. Just let us know your desired dates and which of the 3 houses you would like to book and we will give you a 10% discount off what the total Airbnb cost would be. We do require a credit card on file for any incidentals if you are going to book directly with us since Airbnb’s insurance only covers bookings through their website.
Just email us your booking request including your name and phone number, and the number of people in your group to [email protected]. A 50% booking fee which is non-refundable is charged at time of booking. The remainder of the fee is due 30 days before the first day of your stay. We also hold a credit card on file upon arrival for any incidentals with the property. We will send you our Zelle information or you can pay via check. We will coordinate payment method with you when you are ready to book.
Airport Pickup and Car Rentals are Available
Guests traveling from outside the country can request airport pick up as well as rent our vehicles during their stay. Car rentals are $125 a day and airport pickup and drop off is an additional $125 for the round trip.
