The Property at Bella Vista Private Resort
Bella Vista Private Resort in Costa Rica consists of 3 homes on a 2 1/2 acre property on top of a mountain located between San Ramon and Esparza, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Since the property can sleep up to 24 people, large groups such as family reunions, weddings, anniversary parties, or multiple family or friend groups will often rent out our whole property so that they can vacation together as they explore the beautiful country of Costa Rica.
Smaller groups will often just book either the main house, or the guest house, or the tiny house, which are far enough away from each other to provide privacy, yet they all enjoy a beautiful environment and great views.
Main House has 5 Bedrooms and 4 1/2 Bathrooms
The Guest House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The Tiny House is a studio bedroom with 1 Bathroom
Booking a Large Vacation Rental in Costa Rica
You can book your reservation for the entire property or you can book the individual houses separately. Below is the booking form to book the main property. Booking through this direct booking website, saves you about 10% off the total price of what it would cost you to book our property through the Airbnb and VRBO websites. You can add on the additional houses to your booking if you would like. The guest house and tiny house are available to book when they are not being reserved by guests that have booked the main house. if you would like to book just the guest house or the tiny house, check out their availability here: Guest House Airbnb Link, Tiny House Airbnb Link. To book your reservation, a 50% booking fee (which is non-refundable) is charged at time of booking. The remainder of the fee is due 30 days prior to the first day of your stay. Just as other resorts do, we also hold a credit card on file upon arrival for any incidentals that may occur during your stay at the property.
Additionally we offer airport pickup and drop off and vehicle rentals to help make planning your vacation easier and more convenient. We have a 12-passenger van and a 7 passenger Mitsubishi, Outlander that can be added to your reservation. Our vehicle rentals come with insurance included.
